Business Intelligence Analyst

Due to our rapid growth, we have an immediate opening for a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst. You will be a key member of our Product Development team implementing industry leading Business Intelligence solutions in an environment that encourages teamwork, shared knowledge and a pioneering spirit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand and document end user business intelligence requirements
• Design and implementation of interactive, ad-hoc and scheduled end-user reports within a Business Intelligence framework integrated within a Java-based web application
• Develop, debug and run SQL scripts for database import and export
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support company and client business intelligence needs
• Liaison between business community and IT

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study required
• 5+ years of experience developing customizable business intelligence reports using leading BI applications and SQL reports against an enterprise database or data warehouse
• Requirements Gathering/Analysis
• Expert proficiency with common Business Intelligence frameworks/concepts
• Proficiency with data warehouse constructs
• Solid MS Access programming
• Knowledge of Oracle 11g with proficiency in SQL Plus and PL/SQL programming
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
