John M. Connolly

John is with Bain Capital Ventures as an Operating Partner. His focus is on partnering with a number of CEO's and management teams across BCV's portfolio companies to address strategic and operational issues.
John brings over 20 years of proven track record of vision, innovation, and execution to create successful businesses. During his tenure, he raised over $100 million dollars and created over $1 billion dollars in shareholder value.
Connolly currently serves Chairman of M/C Communications. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of M|C Communications from March 2007 through July of 2009.
Prior to M/C, Connolly was President and Chief Executive Officer of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS). During his tenure, ISS doubled in revenues and realized 250% increase in profit over three years. This phenomenal growth ultimately led to the sale of ISS to the The RiskMetrics Group for $560 million in early 2006.
Previously, Connolly founded Mainspring Inc, a provider of strategic consulting, research, and advisory services to Fortune 1000 companies. Under his leadership, Mainspring grew from a start up to a publicly traded company and was ultimately purchased by IBM in June, 2001.
At IBM, Mr. Connolly built a world class strategy and consulting practices which eventually led to the creation of IBM business consulting which he served as the Global General Manager. Prior to founding Mainspring, Mr. Connolly founded Course Technology which was sold to Thomson Media.
Chris Skillin

Chris Skillin is the General Manager of Corporate Operations and Chief Financial Officer of LogicSource and a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Skillin is responsible for all of the company's finance and administrative initiatives. He also oversees corporate development for the firm, and recently closed and integrated the Cirqit acquisition.
Prior to LogicSource, Chris spent 17 years with a Fortune 10 global consumer products conglomerate where he held leadership positions in a variety of corporate finance and strategy functions, including corporate audit, financial planning and analysis, international treasury, controller's, strategic planning, and corporate development/global M&A.
Chris received a BA in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Michael Braunschweiger is the Executive Vice President Operations & Savings Delivery at LogicSource, and is responsible for savings delivery of our print management outsourcing solutions. Michael has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supply chain management. He has 20 years of industry experience as an innovative and forward-thinking global business strategist delivering multi-million-dollar cost savings while optimizing productivity and performance.
Prior to joining LogicSource, Michael was a Senior Executive with The Reader's Digest Association since 2000 with full management responsibility for U.S., Canadian and Latin American product, direct mail, music, magazine and entertainment operations; global premium and merchandise procurement; and fulfillment and inventory management.
Prior to joining Reader's Digest, Michael founded MB Productions, providing product management outsourcing services to the publishing industry.
Phil Schoonmaker

Strategic Solutions
Phil Schoonmaker is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Solutions, and a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Schoonmaker leads the consulting and process redesign functions for the firm. He has over 18 years of experience in the print industry in a variety of manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and business process outsourcing roles.
Prior to LogicSource, Mr. Schoonmaker was a founding partner of Green Pack, an environmental packaging sourcing firm, which he sold to Williams Lea in 2007. Post acquisition, Mr. Schoonmaker served as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions for Williams Lea.
Mr. Schoonmaker received a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
Vanessa V. Bottazzi

Human Resources
Vanessa V. Bottazzi is the Vice President of Human Resources, and is responsible for all thought leadership and strategy pertaining to Human Resources policies and programs. Prior to joining LogicSource, Vanessa held leadership positions in Human Resources at Elizabeth Arden, Inc., Gartner Inc., and most notably at META Group, Inc., where she led the function as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources.
Vanessa graduated with a Bachelor of Science from New York University and received her Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University.
Craig Garno

Software Operations
Craig Garno is Senior Vice President of Software Operations, where he is responsible for the growth of LogicSource's software solutions business and for delivering innovative technology solutions that drive process efficiencies and savings for the company's clients.
Prior to joining LogicSource, Mr. Garno was a co-founder and General Manager of technology for Cirqit. At Cirqit he architected their industry-leading procurement technology platform. He oversaw Product Management, Software Engineering, and IT Operations. Additionally, he was instrumental in new client acquisition and partnership development. His tenure culminated in the successful acquisition of Cirqit's technology platform and client-base into LogicSource.
Prior to Cirqit, Mr. Garno was Vice President of Technology for the L.P. Thebault Company. Here, Mr. Garno architected an Internet-based prototype for automating print procurement workflow, which led to the formation of Cirqit.
He has over 20 years experience developing technology, workflow, manufacturing and business solutions within the Graphic Arts industry. Mr. Garno received his B.S. in Printing Systems and Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Dean Graves

Dean Graves is Executive Vice President of Client Operations, where he is responsible for all client management functions.
Prior to LogicSource, Dean spent 10 years with Williams Lea where as Managing Director, he led and was responsible for client engagement and managing multiple and complex BPO service contracts in the financial services, corporate and life sciences markets.
Dean was instrumental in establishing and building Williams Lea's global services operating platform including the hiring and development of resources to support and deliver sustainable services and value to the customer.
Dean brings over 20 years of international operations experience to LogicSource where he will ensure we continue to build strong relationships and high performing teams delivering value to our customers
Rob Goddu
Executive Vice President
Client Development
Rob Goddu is the Executive Vice President of Client Development, and is responsible for establishing and building successful client relationships for the firm.
Prior to joining LogicSource, Rob spent nine years with The Hackett Group, a global business strategy, advisory and operations consulting firm, where Rob was instrumental in growing Hackett's business in some of the world's largest firms in the Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Industrial and Pharmaceutical industries. Rob was responsible for constructing solutions encompassing strategic consulting, performance measurement, sourcing and service delivery model assessments, and detailed business process design & implementations.
Rob's 30-year career also includes: 11 years at Gartner, Inc., where his roles included leading the New York Metro sales district and establishing and leading the first Major Accounts team; sales leadership at startups ProAct Technologies and Engyro, Inc.; and strategic account management at technology divisions of both Motorola and McDonnell Douglas.
Rob received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Paul J. Najarian
General Counsel
Paul Najarian is General Counsel, and is responsible for all legal activities. Prior to joining Logic Source, Mr. Najarian was Managing Director Financing Solutions at Norfolk Markets LLC. Mr. Najarian was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he founded and ran the Global Funding Desk, financing a wide variety of the Firm's illiquid assets. He also was a senior member of Morgan Stanley's Warehouse Lending Group where he lent against numerous asset classes, and served as Co-Treasurer of Morgan Stanley Bank. Mr. Najarian also served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development for Autofusion Corporation, an Internet technology company. He spent several years as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Finance and Contract Finance Groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Najarian started his career as an Associate at the New York City law firm of Brown & Wood where he practiced securities law and bankruptcy law. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. degree from the Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. Teylouni is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining LogicSource, Mr. Teylouni was a Managing Director of Acartha Group, a Private Equity firm where he focused on technology due diligence and assistance to portfolio companies. Mr. Teylouni most recently served as the VP of Professional Services at NorthStar Software. Prior to that, he was the Chief Technology Officer of Kinexus Corporation, where he managed all aspects of the design, development, implementation rollout, and day-to-day operations of an ASP-based consolidation and aggregation platform servicing a number of large financial institutions involved in wealth management. Prior to joining Kinexus, Mr. Teylouni led the Financial Industries Solutions Group at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he directed IT relationship and projects with a large number of financial institutions (Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Bank of New York, State Street Global Advisors, etc.) and served as Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Systems for Putnam Investments, where he was responsible for the deployment and support of technologies serving Putnam's Investment Management process. Mr. Teylouni has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale technology projects in the areas of performance measurement, risk management, data aggregation, and real-time trading systems. He earned a Masters Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Jeffrey E. Stiefler

Mr. Stiefler joined LogicSource in November 2009 as Chairman. Mr. Stiefler also currently serves as a Venture Partner for Emergence Capital Partners; as Chairman of Touch Commerce, a leading web optimization company; and as a Director of three companies: Verifone, a publicly traded global provider of point-of-sale solutions, Taleo, a publicly traded company providing on-demand recruiting and talent management services , and LPL Financial, a privately held investment of Hellman and Friedman and Texas Pacific Group and the country's largest independent broker-dealer.
Prior to his current engagements, Mr. Stiefler was Chairman, CEO, and President of Digital Insight, the leading provider of fully outsourced online banking services. Mr. Stiefler joined Digital Insight in August 2003 and led the company until its sale to Intuit in February 2007. During his tenure, the company's stock price and market capitalization tripled.
From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Stiefler served as an advisor to two private equity firms, McCown DeLeeuw and Company and North Castle Partners, where he served in various capacities for companies in receivables management, call center outsourcing, and behavioral health industries. He contributed to successful exits in each business. He also served as Vice Chairman of Walker Digital Corporation, the company that started PriceLine, and was a Director of Education Lending Group, a publicly held originator of student loans, which was sold successfully to a larger entity.
Prior to 1995, Mr. Stiefler was President and a Director of American Express Company and President and CEO of IDS Financial Services Corporation (which became American Express Financial Advisors and then Ameriprise). During his tenure at IDS, the company's operating income increased tenfold, driven primarily by rapid growth in the number and productivity of the company's sales force. Before American Express, Mr. Stiefler held a variety of leadership positions with Citicorp and Boise Cascade Corporation.
In addition to his corporate positions, Mr. Stiefler served as Director of Trustee of a number of philanthropic institutions, including The Salk Institute, Minnesota Business Partnership, Minneapolis Symphony, and Carlson School of Management. Mr. Stiefler has been a guest lecturer at a number of leading business schools, including Harvard and Wharton. He received his BA from Williams College and MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jeffrey Schwartz
Director
Jeff Schwartz joined the LogicSource Board as Director in November 2009. Mr. Schwartz joined Bain Capital in 2000 and is a founding Partner of Bain Capital Ventures and a Managing Director of the firm. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Schwartz was a portfolio manager at Wellington Management Co. where he managed public equity funds. He also served in the Equity Capital Markets Group of Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Schwartz focuses on a broad range of information technologies and currently sits on nine company Boards. Jeff's current and past portfolio company Board responsibilities include Appriss, Gamelogic, Nomis Solutions, Profitlogic (sold to ORCL), Regulatory Data Corporation, Soleil Securities, Stoneacre Partners (sold to Encore Marketing Group), Taleo (NASDAQ; TLEO), Thor Technologies (sold to ORCL), and LogicSource.
In addition to his firm and portfolio company responsibilities, Jeff also serves on the Board of Noble and Greenough School, MetroLacrosse, and he coaches several youth athletic teams.
Jeff received a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Michael Fleisher
Director
Michael Fleisher joined the LogicSource Board as Director in November 2009. Mr. Fleisher, Vice Chairman of Warner Music Group's (NYSE:WMG) Strategy and Operations, oversees the company's global corporate strategy and operations, and leads the transformation of its business models and operational processes. He also oversees WMG's corporate development, and investor relations and information technology departments.
Fleisher joined WMG in 2005 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for the company's worldwide financial operations and led the company to achieve its highest operating margins. Fleisher played a prominent role in taking the company public in May 2005, and established the company's investor relations and information technology departments.
Fleisher came to WMG from Gartner, Inc., the world's leading technology research company, where he served as Chairman and CEO, leading the company's initial public offering and its move to the New York Stock Exchange. While at Gartner he completed more than 30 acquisitions and investments and, as head of Gartner Events organization, developed Gartner Symposium/ITxpo into the world's premier IT strategic planning event.
He joined Gartner in 1993, was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 1998, became Chief Executive Officer in 1999, and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2001.
Fleisher's previous business experience includes working from 1990 to 1993 as an associate at Bain Capital, a venture capital and buy-out firm. He was a consultant at Bain & Company, a strategy-consulting firm, from 1987 to 1990. Fleisher holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business.
