What we do How we engage How we drive savings How we use technology

OUR CORE FOCUS IS SAVING YOUR COMPANY MONEY. PERIOD.

LogicSource is a Procurement Management Firm. We focus exclusively on the procurement of printed materials and related commodities and services. This is all we do.

At LogicSource, we have built a procurement utility that enables clients to dramatically reduce costs in print and related commodities. Through our suite of products and services, we partner with our clients in the product development cycle of their printed communications with customers, employees, and constituents to cut costs and improve the effectiveness of anything they print their logo on.

The spend in this arena ranges from direct mail, to statements, sales brochures, outdoor media, point of sale, packaging, etc. While some of these categories of spend are discretionary and therefore under pressure in this economy, most of these categories of spend are essential to communicate with, attract, and retain customers.

GETTING OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT REQUIRES THE RIGHT BALANCE.

In order to find sustainable and measurable cost savings for our clients, we start by looking at the entire procurement process: from idea creation to customer delivery. We seek to understand not just what you buy, but why you buy it, and we look for opportunities in every area of the supply chain to improve that process.

Ours is an entrepreneurial approach to engagement. With the right executive sponsorship we will engage, on our dime, and assess whether there's an opportunity to drive savings.

It's not good enough to reverse-auction contracts, or apply constant pressure to vendors. That may get you a short-term uplift, but in order to achieve sustainable, measurable improvements, you have to truly understand, and engage throughout the entire process.

HOW WE ENGAGE

BUSINESSES ARE NOT GIANT PIÑATAS MADE OF MONEY.

Every client situation is unique. Understanding, and respecting, the nuances in each division of each company that we engage is paramount to our success.

We have clients who have gone through the process of right-sizing their supply base, rationalizing their specifications across a wide range of commodities, and realized economies of scale across product or business lines. Conversely, others have completely distributed spend in this area, allowing divisions or product lines to purchase print and related commodities with virtually no audit process or rules.

Some clients have professional procurement and sourcing teams using sophisticated practices, tools, and systems. Yet others rely too heavily on marketers, agencies, and/or printers to manage this spend with little in the way of automation or management oversight.

Given the variance of client environments, we approach each client's program with a clean sheet of paper. There are a number of different ways to drive savings in this business; not all are relevant to all client situations. Finding the right strategy, and constantly revisiting it, is the key to success.

We partner with our clients to build a strategy that maximizes savings potential while insuring that we maintain or improve the quality and timeliness of marketing, merchandizing, customer service, and product development initiatives.

At LogicSource our return is driven exclusively from savings. Net, we only make money when we can prove that we have saved you money.

HOW WE DRIVE SAVINGS

YOU CAN'T MANAGE WHAT YOU CAN'T MEASURE.

When we set out to build LogicSource, we knew that we needed a best-in-breed technology platform at the core of our client solutions, to help us automate our processes and provide transparency to our clients and partners. Our search landed us squarely on the Cirqit Technology platform, which had been refined over 11 years, at an investment cost of over $10 million. In October 2009, Cirqit contributed the assets relating to its North American business operations, including all aspects of its proprietary technology platform, in exchange for an equity ownership stake in LogicSource, Inc. After the acquisition, LogicSource rebranded this technology as OneMarket.

OneMarket currently tracks over $200 million in print spend for our clients, across 11 recognized brands. Those brands range from insurance companies, to consumer product companies, to charities, to investment banks.

Our proprietary system enables us to provide our clients with transparency around what they buy, whom they buy it from, and how much they pay for it.

Whether it be leveraging our reverse auction capabilities, enabling our ERFP capabilities, or co-sourcing spend between projects, divisions, or clients, our technology helps us maximize the savings delivery for our clients. With our technology we can automate the benchmarking process down to the component level of each project, providing us, and our clients, with complete transparency into the savings that are being driven on a job-by-job basis.

Our technology is the central hub through which we provide transparency to our clients, and ensure them sustainable and measurable cost savings. All systems aren't created equal, and in our quest to build a world-class procurement management firm we hand selected this platform as the best on the market. We believe this technology makes us more effective in driving value for our clients and partners, and significantly easier to work with.
