Jeffrey Stiefler

Chairman

Jeffrey Stiefler joined LogicSource in November 2009 as Chairman. Previously, he was Chairman, CEO, and President of Digital Insight, the leading provider of fully outsourced online banking services. Jeff joined Digital Insight in August 2003 and led the company until its sale to Intuit in February 2007. During his tenure, the company's stock price and market capitalization tripled.

Jeff has served in a wide variety of leadership positions during his distinguished career, including positions at Citicorp, Boise Cascade and American Express. At American Express, he served as President and Director and President and CEO of IDS Financial Services (now Ameriprise).

Jeff currently serves as chairman or lead director of a number of public and private company boards and has served on a number of philanthropic boards as well. Jeff received his BA from Williams College and MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Pennino

Director

David Pennino is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LogicSource as well as a founding partner of the firm. Given the strength of the team he has built around him, David focuses all of his efforts on three imperatives: 1) Corporate Strategy including category and footprint expansion; 2) Product and Service Marketing and Positioning; and, 3) Client Service and New Client Acquisition.

Prior to LogicSource, David worked for Williams Lea, where he was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Solutions and helped launch their North American Procurement Outsourcing business.

David has over 19 years experience in the Services and Outsourcing industry including roles as a senior executive at Gartner Inc. and Scient Corporation. David received a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.

Mike Krupka

Director

Mike Krupka joined Bain Capital in 1991. Mike is a Managing Director of Bain Capital Ventures. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Mike was a Managing Director with the Private Equity Group of Bain Capital, during which time he focused his investing activities on technology and technology-driven companies, including software, hardware, database and telecommunication services. Earlier at Bain Capital, Mike was part of Information Partners, a fund focused on early-stage information technology investing. He has also served in several operating roles as President of a $110 M revenue software company and CFO of a $70 M revenue services company. Prior to Bain Capital, Mike was a consultant with Bain & Company.

In addition to his firm and portfolio company responsibilities, Mike also serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Boston.

Mike has a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College.

Jeffrey C. Bloomberg

Director

Jeffrey Bloomberg is responsible for overseeing business development efforts for Gordon Brothers Group's Retail Division. He is on the advisory board for both the 1903 Debt and Equity Funds for GB Merchant Partners, Gordon Brothers Group's investment management affiliate. Jeffrey is an accomplished financial executive and recognized expert in retail mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers Group in 2002, Jeffrey worked in investment banking for nearly 20 years, beginning at Lehman Brothers and then serving 15 years on Wall Street with Bear Stearns, where he was a general partner and senior managing director for the retail and consumer products sectors. In addition, he was a member of Bear Stearns' Valuation Committee.

Jeffrey is a current or former board member of the following public companies: Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc., Nortek,Inc., RHI Entertainment Inc., Duckwall-Alco Stores, Inc. and Asahi-America,Inc. He has been active in a number of community organizations and currently serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Boston and Facing History and Ourselves.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Greg Hunt

Director

Greg Hunt joined the LogicSource Board of Directors in September 2013. Greg currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at the Apollo Investment Corporation, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, LCC (AGM).

Prior to joining Apollo, Greg was the Executive Vice President and CFO for Yankee Candle. Greg also served as the EVP of Strategic and Commercial Development for Norwegian Cruise Lines from 2007 to 2009. Prior to Norwegian Cruise Lines, he served as CFO and Chief Restructuring Officer of Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2007 and CFO and Co-Chief Executive of Syratech Corporation from 2001 to 2006. Greg has held several senior financial leadership positions including CFO of NRT Inc., Culligan Water Technologies, Inc. and Samsonite Corporation.

Greg received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Vermont and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert Howe

Director

Robert Howe is a Managing Partner at Highnote Ventures and is also the Chairman of Montgomery Goodwin Investments LLC, a private investment and consulting firm.

Prior to Montgomery Goodwin Investments, Bob served as Chairman of Scient Inc, a provider of integrated e-business strategy and technology services. He also served as Scient’s Chief Executive Officer from 1998 until 2000.

From 1991 until 1998 Bob worked for IBM. His last assignment was as its General Manager of its global banking, financial and securities business. Prior to that Bob founded the IBM Consulting Group, the largest consulting business in the world. From 1976 until 1991 Bob served in various consulting positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, including Senior Vice President, on the board of directors for nine years, and the leader of the commercial systems and financial services practices.

Bob is Chairman of Globoforce, a SaaS company focused in the Human Capital Management market and a Director of Symphony Services a global information technology services firm.

Bob has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from SMU.

Ken Hamlet

Director

Kenneth Hamlet is a Senior Advisor at Crestview Partners. He currently is the co-managing member of Monalex Partners, LLC. Mr. Hamlet has a wide spectrum of executive experience, notably his tenure as president and CEO of Holiday Inns Inc. Hotel Group. After the sale of Holiday Inns, Inc., Mr. Hamlet founded and became chairman and CEO of Hamlet Holdings LLC, which held interests in a diverse set of industries including: real estate development, manufacturing, services, retail, investment banking, agriculture and computer-based entertainment in hotel rooms. Mr. Hamlet has also served in a variety of leadership roles of not-for-profit organizations including the co-chairman of the U.S. Olympic Committee for the Mid-South Region, president of the Boy’s Club of Memphis, vice chairman of the United Way’s mid-South fundraising campaign, clubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, board member of the UCSD Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies. He is currently an active board member of the Conrad Foundation and Aspen Country Day School.

Bruce Walton

Chief Operating Officer

Bruce Walton is the Chief Operating Officer of LogicSource, where he is responsible for the daily operations of the business including expanding Sourcing and Category Management Capabilities, managing the Sourcing and Procurement Operations Center (SPOC) and overseeing all aspects of Client Solutions.

Bruce brings 20 years of experience to his role with LogicSource, including senior executive positions with Procurian and Emptoris. Prior to joining LogicSource, Bruce worked for Accenture, where he was the Managing Director in the company’s supply chain strategy practice, led large, global organizations through significant changes in the procurement space and generated consistent growth rates of up to 175%. Bruce is a recognized “powerhouse” in the industry with veteran experience in procurement operations and client development.

Bruce received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and MBA from Wharton School of Business.

Jim McMurray

Chief Growth Officer

Jim McMurray is the Chief Growth Officer of LogicSource, where he is responsible for the company's overall growth strategy including marketing and communications, sales, and lead generation.

Over the past 20 years, Jim has held senior executive roles in the retail, technology and consulting industries with Zaffera, SAP, Deloitte and Tractor Supply Co. Prior to joining LogicSource, Jim was the Chief Executive Officer at Ticari Management Company, a family investment office specializing in high frequency trading, where he was responsible for the overall growth of the business – including strategy, operations and execution. At SAP, Jim was the Global Senior Vice President and General Manager of SAP Retail, leading the unit to become the largest vertical growth industry in the company.

Jim received a BA in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University and is currently working on his MA with an Ethics Certificate from Vanderbilt University.

Jo Seed

Managing Partner, Client Solutions

Jo Seed is Managing Partner, Client Solutions at LogicSource. Jo is responsible for all aspects of consultative engagement with target customers prior to implementation and steady-state operations. Jo and the Client Solutions team manage the up-front data gathering, technology, operations and financial analysis, business case development, contractual negotiations and customer relationships until an agreement is executed and the services can be transitioned into our Client Operations team.
Jo has over 15 years of experience in consulting, project and program management, business transformation, technology strategy and change management across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, the UK and Europe. Jo has successfully delivered numerous outsourcing, technology and business services solutions with global, regional and market-specific objectives to some of the world’s largest and most recognized brands.
Prior to joining LogicSource, Jo held a range of senior business development and consulting positions in both the US and Europe, working on major services engagements with Fortune 50 clients across the Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Publishing industries.
Jo has a BA Hons. in Psychology from the University of Reading in the UK.

Holly Howell

Vice President, Marketing

Holly Howell is Vice President, Marketing for LogicSource, where she leads the company’s corporate marketing and branding programs, including implementing market strategy, business development, and sales enablement initiatives.

Holly has more than 18 years of successive leadership experience in marketing, sales enablement, communications, professional services and operations. Prior to joining LogicSource, she managed the Learning Services organization for the Workplace Health & Safety division of Underwriter’s Laboratories, where she led all revenue-generating and capital efforts for the company’s eLearning product. Prior to UL, Holly worked for Aspect Software in a variety of leadership roles, including managing the Education Services and Sales Support organizations.

Holly holds a B.A. in English from Sewanee: The University of the South and an M.A. in English from Belmont University.

Sam Vail

Managing Partner

Sam Vail is the Managing Partner at LogicSource responsible for leading the company’s business development activities including key client engagement, strategic alliances and account management. Over the past 25 years, Sam has held senior leadership positions in the technology, consulting and private equity industries with Information Services Group (ISG), Kidd & Company, Spencer Trask Ventures, Gartner Group and Unisys Corporation.

Prior to joining LogicSource in 2012, Sam was a Partner at ISG the global leader for sourcing consulting, advisory, data and governance where he lead the ISG consulting practice dedicated to working with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies which became the fastest growing vertical at ISG. Before ISG, Sam spent ten years in private equity as an Operating Partner at Kidd and Company and Spencer Trask focused on top line growth and operating value improvement for over twenty middle market businesses. At Gartner Group he was Group Vice President and built Gartner’s Worldwide Strategic Account organization making significant contributions to this hyper-growth period in the company’s history as the IT research and advisory global leader grew at a 25% CAGR over an eight year period.

Craig Garno

Chief Technology Officer

Craig Garno is Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for the growth of LogicSource's software solutions business and for delivering innovative technology solutions that drive process efficiencies and savings for the company's clients.

Prior to joining LogicSource, Craig was a co-founder and General Manager of technology for Cirqit. At Cirqit, he architected their industry-leading procurement technology platform. He oversaw Product Management, Software Engineering, and IT Operations. Additionally, he was instrumental in new client acquisition and partnership development. His tenure culminated in the successful acquisition of Cirqit's technology platform and client-base into LogicSource.

Prior to Cirqit, Craig was Vice President of Technology for the L.P. Thebault Company. Here, Craig architected an Internet-based prototype for automating print procurement workflow, which led to the formation of Cirqit.

He has over 20 years experience developing technology, workflow, manufacturing and business solutions within the Graphic Arts industry.

Nicole Burger

Senior Vice President, Finance

Niki Burger joined LogicSource in July 2014 as Sr VP, Finance, where she is responsible for the accounting operations of the company.

Prior to joining LogicSource, Niki was the Controller at Title Nine Sports, a women’s activewear company. She began her career by gaining four years of experience in public accounting where she worked on various industries including small business, government entities, and financial institutions. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst in the Risk Management team at a financial institution, Niki was responsible for leading the Sarbanes-Oxley audit, performing risk assessments, and she provided consultation on risk mitigation strategies and controls.

Niki received a BS in Accounting from Siena College.

Paul Najarian

General Counsel

Paul Najarian is LogicSource’s General Counsel and is responsible for all legal matters including contract drafting and negotiation, litigation matters and risk management. Mr. Najarian also provides overall legal strategic counsel. He joined LogicSource in February 2010.

Prior to joining LogicSource, Mr. Najarian served in a variety of leadership roles including Managing Director Financing Solutions at Norfolk Markets LLC, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development at Autofusion Corporation, and Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Finance and Contract Finance groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. While Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, he founded and ran the Global Funding Desk, which financed over $90 billion of Morgan Stanley’s most illiquid assets across the globe. The program significantly reduced Morgan Stanley’s financing costs while also greatly enhancing the duration, durability and diversification of the Firm’s funding sources.

Mr. Najarian brings to the table more than 20 years of senior-level expertise including legal, banking and business development. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Najarian is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Kristen Gibson

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kristen Gibson is Chief Human Resources Officer for LogicSource, where she plays a key role in driving the company’s organizational and cultural effectiveness priorities.

Kristen has more than 15 years of experience in leadership and operational roles, primarily within the print and advertising industries. She is a proven business leader, skilled at developing talent and building high-performance teams as well as strong partnerships, both internally and externally. In her most recent role as Account Director for LogicSource, she leveraged entrepreneurial talents to drive unprecedented success with key company client accounts. Prior to LogicSource, Kristen held a variety of leadership roles in print and media for Oriental Trading Company and Meridian Advertising.

Ms. Gibson holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and an MBA from Bellevue University.
